Refund & Returns Policy
We have a 14-days return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that, for standard returns, the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
However, under the legal warranty and, more generally, whenever a return is required due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or an item that is defective, wholly or partially), all shipping costs will be covered by us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a separate order for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
