Shipping Policy

Unless otherwise required by applicable laws or regulations, and subject to any product-specific restrictions, we are able to deliver your orders to any address within Italy.

Estimated shipping and delivery times are displayed during the checkout process when selecting your preferred shipping method for your order. Please note that these delivery estimates are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute a guarantee of delivery times.

Except in cases of force majeure or deliveries to remote destinations, our shipping partners generally deliver orders within 24–48 business hours from the time the package is handed over to the carrier. For the purposes of this policy, business hours refer to non-holiday weekdays, Monday through Friday, excluding Saturdays.

These delivery estimates apply to mainland Italy. Deliveries to the major islands and the southernmost regions of Italy typically require 72–96 business hours, while more remote destinations (including Campione d'Italia, Livigno, smaller islands, and other hard-to-reach municipalities) may require up to 7 business days.

Customers may request that an order be divided into multiple shipments, provided that the order has not yet entered the fulfillment process. If an order is split at the customer's request, separate shipping charges and any applicable additional fees will apply to each resulting shipment.
